Mr. Akbar Jiwani is a certified Project Management Consultant, registered under the Ministry of MSME, Government of India, and a RERA-registered professional (No. A51800001057).
He is also a GST practitioner, legal consultant, and an active member of several professional bodies including the RERA Practitioners Association, Builders Association of India, and Mahasewa Society Welfare Association.
Known for his strategic vision and “make-it-happen” approach, Mr. Jiwani specializes in legal and strategic management—bridging the gap between concept and construction by resolving complex land, ownership, and regulatory issues. His focus on transparency, accountability, and member engagement has earned him recognition as one of Mumbai’s most reliable PMC professionals.
